Collective Efforts Trust

Collective Efforts Trust (CET) is a registered organisation working in partnership with Oasis Global to design and implement community-driven programmes that respond to local needs.

Hope Hubs

Hope Hubs is a registered social enterprise and a key implementation arm of CET, focused on delivering sustainable, community-based solutions through an integrated social enterprise model.

The Oasis Global Movement

Oasis is a global movement that began in the United Kingdom in 1985 and now operates across five continents. The movement is active in countries including the United Kingdom, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Uganda, Belgium and Kyrgyzstan, among others.

Local Governance

Each entity is locally registered and governed by a local board.

Interdependent Network

Country offices are interdependent, sharing learning and collaboration.

The global office provides technical support and strategic alignment.

Building Foundations for the Future

Community-based early childhood development has been a key part of the Oasis approach globally—supporting underserved communities to establish and sustain preschool centres that respond to local needs.

In Zimbabwe, this model contributed to the establishment of community-run preschool centres in underserved areas, expanding access to early learning for children who might otherwise be excluded.

Collective Efforts Trust carries forward and strengthens a community-based approach to education inspired by the Oasis movement, supporting locally led initiatives to grow, adapt and remain sustainable.
